Hi COSIMA, We’re starting a **monthly ACCESS-OM3 Science Community Evaluation meeting** , in preparation for the COSIMA Hackathon in November. The first meeting will be at **4pm Thursday 25th June**. If you’d like to join in the evaluation effort, please come along! This is your chance to ensure ACCESS-OM3 is even more awesome for your science than ACCESS-OM2 (you can also be a coauthor on the evaluation paper). Agenda: - Overview of existing and planned runs - Discussion of paper scope / timeline - [How to contribute](https://github.com/ACCESS-Community-Hub/access-om3-paper-1/blob/main/README.md) - Discussion of how people have been going so far with the mechanisms of contributing - do we need to lower the bar for contributions? - [Allocate unclaimed / abandoned issues](https://github.com/ACCESS-Community-Hub/access-om3-paper-1/issues/23) to people, and create new issues as desired - Open floor for people to share and discuss figures they have made - Dream list and priority of additional runs (sensitivity tests, 8km etc) that we would like to do by November COSIMA evaluation hackathon.
