I’ve been building transport matrices from ACCESS-ESM1.5 CMIP6 output, and I’d like to use the same code to do the same but from ACCESS-OM2. For this I’d like the ACCESS-OM2 output to be in the same format as what can be found in CMIP6, as this could avoid me some headaches. For example, I’d like to avoid re-building the cell vertices myself by hand (variables `vertices_latitude` and `vertices_longitude`). Can I do that by CMORising ACCESS-OM2 output? If yes, should I use ACCESS-MOPPeR? Note that I’m only looking for a tiny fraction of the output (just a few variables, and over just a year or a decade at this stage), so nothing expensive in compute resources. Any guidance much appreciated!

Hi @Benoit

Sorry for the delay. We have all been very busy with the workshop.
I will be more than happy to help. It sounds like ACCESS-MOPPeR would be able to help. I’ll send an email an set up a meeting.

Thanks for the chat earlier. Here are the CMORised variables I am looking for (cc @RhaegarZeng):

- `areacello`
- `volcello`
- `lon`
- `lat`
- `lev`
- `lon_vertices`
- `lat_vertices`
- `mlotst`
- `umo`
- `vmo`

Thanks, Benoit. I’ll give it a try first and let you know once it’s ready.
