# MATLAB AI workshop in October

For us lowly MATLAB users, there is an in-person [MATLAB workshop](https://au.mathworks.com/company/events/seminars/series/au-mathworks-roadshow-supercharge-your-matlab-and-simulink-projects-au-2023.html) on AI coming to Australian cities this month.

It _appears_ to be free to register and I have emailed them to confirm that there is no cost (since there is catering and they are a commercial company).

Let me know if you are planning to attend the Melbourne event, so we can be workshop buddies.
