## Title The Climate Effects of Sea Surface Temperature Patterns in ACCESS and CAM6 ## About Spatial patterns in sea surface temperature (SST) trends influence global climate in what is known as the pattern effect. Recent work has highlighted the the pattern effect’s impact on climate and hydrological sensitivity. However, fully coupled models may exhibit biases towards El Niño like trends in SSTs compared to observations, contributing to uncertainty in multi-decadal projections.
