The RAL3 documentation paper is now available at [GMDD - The third Met Office Unified Model-JULES Regional Atmosphere and Land Configuration, RAL3](https://gmd.copernicus.org/preprints/gmd-2024-201/)

This is the configuration used in AUS2200 and the current regional nesting suite
