Hi, I am just updating that shortpath/project bug fix that I mentioned earlier is now in a released payu/1.1.6 module. This means payu no longer requires shortpath to also be defined when a different project is set in config.yaml.
I’ll close this issue for now as I wasn’t able to replicate the other errors with new archives being created with my testing. But please feel free to reopen if you or anyone run into this issue again. Thanks!
