The Research Software in Climate and Weather group will meet twice per month:

- 1st Tuesday of each month @ 3:30pm

- Friday two weeks later @ 10am

**Meeting structure:**

_30-minute meetings_

0-10 minutes: presentation

10-15 minutes: Q&A

15-30 minutes: Community updates and/or continued discussion/Q&A

We will keep meeting notes as a way to introduce ourselves and add any updates at each meeting. The editable link to the document will be shared during each meeting.

**Community presentations**

Anyone in the community will have the option to give a 10-minute presentation during each of our meetings. These can be to present a new piece of code, an error you are encountering, a useful resource for the community, or anything similar.
