I’m getting the same “chunks must have the same number of elements as dimensions” error with ‘analysis3’ and 'analysis3-25.07, trying to use xesmf.Regridder(). xesmf version is 0.8.7.
Specifying ‘parallel=False’ allows it to work, but limits the workflow somewhat. :-\
Hi @ag0498, are you able to try with the analysis3-25.02 environment specified & let me know if that works (with parallel=True enabled)?
Unfortunately resolving the dependency conflict dropped off my todo list, but this is something we should work out. I’ll take a look as soon as I get the chance, it’s related to a bundle of issues that I’d like to get figured out.
