ACCESS Community Webinar - Visualising Historical Sea Ice Around Antarctica
We are excited to invite you to the second event in our ACCESS Community Visualisation Webinar Series, following the success of our first session in December. Join us on Friday, 21st Mar., at 11am (Canberra time) for an engaging webinar exploring “historical sea-ice around Antarctica”.
This session will showcase the sea-ice Jupyter notebook from the ACCESS-Visualisation Recipes, developed by Owen Kaluza (ACCESS-NRI), which enables users to reproduce or create similar visualisations to those featured in Visualising Antarctica’s Heartbeat and A Visual Expedition to Antarctica’s Past. These visualisations provide unique insights into seasonal and historical sea-ice variability.
Webinar Highlights
Live Demonstration: Max Proft and Rhaegar Zeng from the Model Evaluation and Diagnostics Team at ACCESS-NRI will walk through the sea-ice Jupyter notebook.
