The Model Release team needs a new member. We’re looking for a research software engineer who wants to help provide the very best quality climate models to the Australian research community.
The Model Release team has very diverse responsibilities, but they’re all about providing great tools to build and deploy models reliably, support infrastructure to run those models and capture high quality provenance data to support researchers and engender trust in the models and their outputs.
If you’re keen to contribute and learn, we’d love to have you. We have intentionally advertised at this level to encourage recent graduates and new RSEs to apply. We have a welcoming and supportive team culture, and support growth and learning in our organisation.
ACCESS-NRI is based in Canberra, but remote work (Australia only) is definitely possible. Currently we have team members in Melbourne, Hobart, Brisbane and Sydney.
