Highlights from a year of 21st Century Weather’s modelling activities Bethan White (15+5mins)
Uptake of ACCESS-family models in 21st Century Weather research has gained significant momentum over the past 12 months. This talk provides a showcase of some of the work being done with ACCESS models in the Centre, from regional to global. -
Progress & plans with the N512 ACCESS-AM3 configuration Julie Arblaster (15+5mins)
A small team in 21st Century Weather & the ACCESS NRI have developed a N512 (~25 km) resolution version of the ACCESS AM3. This talk will discuss some preliminary results, plans for its inclusion in the beta release and the design of some upcoming experiments. -
Bureau’s BARRA and BARPA data usage survey
BoM is conducting a review into the usage patterns of data they publish on NCI, which will help determine which variables are prioritised for current and future datasets. If you have used or plan to use these datasets, please fill in this survey by 8 June (takes ~4 mins) to help improve these products. -
