We present two papers on evaluating the ACCESS-AM2 cloud-radiative bias over the Southern Ocean as well as present a new method for model evaluation using XGBoost and SHAP analysis. The two papers are Fiddes et al. (2022) ACP - Southern Ocean cloud and shortwave radiation biases in a nudged climate model simulation: does the model ever get it right? and Fiddes et al.
