Navigating

To assist in navigating the forum, categories have been created for:

  • The main programs for each day (Workshop Day 1 and Workshop Day 2), which contain discussion threads for each of the talks.
  • The submitted posters. All posters will be uploaded here and can be voted on by attendees. Please see the “how to” page here for instructions on how to vote and upload your poster.
  • Any content regarding the social side of things (link here).

In addition, there will be a message posted in the ACCESS Workshop chat channel both before and after each talk with a link to the thread to use for further discussions.

Discussion

While a given presentation is ongoing, please use the ACCESS Workshop chat channel for short discussions the topic and to ask questions, either about the talk or the program. If you have questions or comments that require lengthy responses or want to trigger ongoing discussions, please use the relevant thread that was linked in the chat. Once the talk is finished, please move any further discussion to the relevant thread.

Speakers have been given ownership of the forum threads relating to their talk (bar international speakers who don’t have a Hive Forum account), so you are able to edit your topic post as you see fit. You will also receive a forum notification if someone asks a question about your talk.

Questions

Please feel free to post any questions you have about the organisational side of things in this thread.
