  3. ACCESS-NRI FY26-27 Work plan: Heidi Nettelbeck
    First draft released! Seeking feedback from the community - see this announcement.

  4. Accessing UKMO licensed models: Heidi Nettelbeck
    :globe_showing_asia_australia: If you run any ACCESS-NRI supported models: ACCESS-AM, ACCESS-CM, ACCESS-ESM, ACCESS-rAM, or ACCESS-rCM, you will need to agree to the Terms of Use for the new End User Licence Agreement (EULA) with UKMO by 8 May. This EULA allows ACCESS-NRI to distribute proprietary UKMO software to Australian research institutions. For more information, see this Hive forum post.
    Note: this does not apply to users affiliated with the BoM or CSIRO.

  6. Atmosphere WG co-chair shake-up Matt Woodhouse (5mins)
    → Announce new Atmosphere WG co-chairs.

  7. AM3 and rAM3 plans Claire Courage and Chermelle Engel (20+5mins)
    Priorities for the upcoming beta release of ACCESS-AM3 and beyond will be presented along with development plans for ACCESS-rAM3. How AM3, rAM3 and CM3 plans will intertwine on the technical side will also be discussed.

  8. rCM3 coupled model development update Ashley Barnes (12+3mins)
    The prototype rCM3 ‘frankenmodel’ is up and running. Ashley will give an update on work towards the automation of coupled model setup and putting together the first science run.

  9. Compute/storage resources: Heidi Nettelbeck (5mins)
