Cryosphere session proposals for 2026 Australian Antarctic Research Conference

Hi cryofolks,

By now you’ve probably seen that the Australian Antarctic Research Conference in on again in Hobart in August this year. (Organiser website is here: https://leishman-aarc-2026.eventsair.site/ )

Proposals for sessions is currently open and it would be good for our community to have a presence in there. So, I am shamelessly copying COSIMA by starting a new discussion topic here to brainstorm ideas and call for volunteers for co-chairing etc.

I’m planning on submitting a session on ice/ocean interactions (With Cat Vreugdenhil and Craig Stevens).
