ESMValTool-workflow is the ACCESS-NRI software and data infrastructure that enables the ESMValTool evaluation framework on NCI Gadi. It includes the ESMValTool/ESMValCore Python packages, the ESMValTool collection of recipes and diagnostics, and a curated set of observational datasets. ESMValTool-workflow is configured to use the existing NCI-supported CMIP data collections.
ESMValTool v2.13 and ESMValCore v2.13 are now available via the NCI module system from
conda/analysis3-25.10onward.
To use them, run:module use /g/data/xp65/public/modules module load conda/analysis3-25.10 # or conda/analysis3-latest

This release marks the first official support for the CMIP Rapid Evaluation Framework (REF), with a constellation of updated and new CMORizers and diagnostics:

Julia support has been deprecated in this release.
