Generating the exchange grid for MOM6

I am creating exchange grids for a regional panantarctic MOM6 configuration following the steps outlined here https://github.com/COSIMA/mom6-panan/wiki/Preparing-inputs-for-a-new-configuration

The output files are generated but the file atmos_mosaic_tile1Xocean_mosaic_tile1.nc is empty, the other two mosaic files for land/ocean and atm/land have values. Does that have to do with the new ocean_mask and topography I created or what might be the problem?

Problem solved, I used the wrong grid_spec.nc file. This is an output of make_quick_mosaic, not an input as I thought.

panan-005 is now running for the first time with the new bathymetry without crashing in the first two model days.
