The Mule source code originates from its own MOSRS UM repository and has its own partnership working practices.
As @MartinDix has noted, tools such as um2netcdf4.py
use Mule, but Mule is not included in the xp65
conda/analysis3
environment. This makes it difficult for any Rose/Cylc suite that uses Mule from the hh5
conda/analysis3
environment to migrate to the xp65
Conda environment.
Are there plans to deploy Mule to the xp65
conda/analysis3
environment? If not, how is Mule intended to be deployed and used if and when the hh5
Conda environment is no longer available?
