Paper to cite for AM3 and default initial conditions

Hi Team

Is there a paper we should cite for using ACCESS-AM3? And for the alpha or beta release, how are the model initial conditions obtained?

There is currently no paper to cite for ACCESS-AM3. You can use GitHub releases to refer to specific releases. For the configurations:

• alpha
• beta n96e
• beta n512e

For the model build (if you are not using a released configuration), please check the version you are using in your configuration and find that version on this page.

For the initial conditions, they come from an earlier simulation of ACCESS-AM3 with proper spin-up time (I don’t think anyone remembers quite for how long it was spin-up).
