`payu run` issues

Hi! I am using the (hopefully) latest version of payu to run access-om3. I was running yesterday with no problem, but today payu run gets stuck here:

If I open another terminal, using qstat the job is technically running, but stuck with runtime 14sec. However, no work folder or .err .out files are created. When the walltime is up, the job is killed, but the screen above with unfinished payu run remains until I Ctrl^Z it.

My payu version is 1.3.2.

Thanks for reporting @JuliaN. Gadi has been experiencing issues this morning, but seems to be responding a little better now. Could you please try again?
