Increasingly, we are trying to use pipelines for checking our code and scripts. It appears that shellcheck is available in the NCI pipeline (gitlab-ci.yml) and it would be great to be able to access this on the commandline before commiting code to a repository.
Can we add this to the hh5 environment? Is this an appropriate location?
Griff.

Hey Griff,
It’s a good idea, and yeah that seems a decent place for it.
I you do want them to add it to the hh5 conda environment best to make an issue
It appears shellcheck is available for major distros, including Rocky Linux which is used at NCI. So you could email help@nci.org.au and request they install it.
