Are these on Gadi somewhere? Could somebody point me to it and/with a notebook to read/visualise?

I have these in my gdata folder.
/g/data/jk72/ed7737/argo_data/
I’ve just dropped a notebook in there that should load them up, concatenate the files, add a proper date time index, and does a few plots. But, heads up, it’s one that I use on my local machine, so I haven’t tested it on Gadi.
I think you’ll need to be a member of jk72 to read these files.

Sorry for the late response! If you/anyone are looking for a comprehensive set of quality-controlled profiles, they are also available from EN4:

You can filter through only Argo floats (PROJECT NAME = ARGOD,
WOD09PFL and GTSPPPF), though keep in mind delayed mode Argo is only available from 2020-ish. You can also remove ‘bad’ quality profiles by removing flag 4 in the PROFILE POTM QC, PROFILE PSAL QC, POTM CORRECTED QC and PSAL CORRECTED QC variables. You can also track the unique float number using the PLATFORM NUMBER variable. Hope this helps someone!
