Hello! I was wondering if it would be possible to add uqstat
to the new conda environments? It was in hh5
and I personally found it incredibly useful.
Thank you so so much in advance.

I fully support this being supported by ACCESS-NRI. Also other monitoring tools like the old CLEX grafana was amazing and doesn’t have a replacement I’m aware of.
But in the meantime, @navidcy has kindly stored these scripts (including uqstat
) here:
You can save this on gadi somewhere and load in .bashrc.
FYI the script is here:
It looks like some modification have been made by @adele-morrison and @navidcy which uses ik11… Should we move everything to xp65?
I am talking about the nci-scripts not uqstat specifically.
I have added qstat
to xp65 (alongside gdata-info
, qcost
and qmonitor
)
module use /g/data/xp65/public/modules
module load nci-scripts
uqstat
Awesomeeee thank you so much for being so quick!
