Can we allow Rui Yang to review pull requests for ACCESS-NRI/spack-packages?

At pull request #86 for ACCESS-NRI/spack-packages there is a comment, " Also get @rxy900 's feedback." Can we allow Rui Yang to review pull requests for ACCESS-NRI/spack-packages? How is this done? What sort of access does Rui need to ACCESS-NRI/spack-packages to allow this?
