Release: mppnccombine-fast/2025.07.000
mppnccombine-fast is an accelerated version of the mppnccombine post-processing tool for MOM. It uses HDF5’s raw IO functions to speed up collating large datasets.
How to use
mppnccombine-fast is accessible through the module system at NCI:
module use /g/data/vk83/modules
module load model-tools/mppnccombine-fast/2025.07.000
You have to be a member NCI project vk83 to access this software.
