MOSRS auth recently failing on Gadi

Has anyone else had issues authenticating with mosrs-auth in the last few days? Me (and some others) are recently getting:

WARN: Subversion authentication with cached credentials failed.
INFO: Unable to access https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/test via Subversion with your credentials:
INFO: svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/test'
svn: E215004: No more credentials or we tried too many times.
Authentication failed

I’ve confirmed I can still log onto https://code.metoffice.gov.uk with my existing credentials, so the problem is not there.

Environment:

module use /g/data/hr22/modulefiles
module load cylc7/23.09
mosrs-auth

I guess I’m just using a very old cylc7 environment, I can see it still works with more recent versions.
