Hi all,
There were some questions today about training resources for the ACCESS-NRI Intake catalog. Weâll try to include some training in an upcoming COSIMA meeting, but in the meantime Iâm sharing some resources that might be helpful:
- A cosima-recipes tutorial on using the intake catalog, including comparisons to the
cosima-cookbook - A notebook prepared by @Aidan for training at last yearâs COSIMA workshop
- Some training notebooks, including one I presented at a COSIMA WG meeting last September
- Some training notebooks presented at last yearsâ ACCESS-NRI workshop
- The official ACCESS-NRI intake catalog documentation
There will also be training on intake at the 2024 ACCESS Workshop Training Day in September.

This week weâve got a special session. Anton Steketee (@anton ) is running an interactive tutorial on using the ACCESS-NRI intake catalogue:

It will be delivered in a hybrid in-person/online format. There will be in-person support at IMAS.225, the Hales Room in Jaegar 7 at ANU, and online.

Please bring your laptop, we will be using the ARE. Make sure you are a member of xp65, hh5, ik11, cj50 projects at a minimum. The catalog also contains data from oi10, ol01, fs38 and p73 projects, so itâs useful to join those.

If you are not familiar with ARE and want to participate, please set-up an ARE session before the meeting (follow the get started instructions at https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/blob/main/README.md).
