ESM Working Group Meeting

1. Admin

  • Science presentations: Consider contacting the co-chairs or @spencerwong if you have any work you would like to present in meetings next year. Please consider presenting, even work in progress that you’d like some feedback on.
  • Add any items you want this WG to discuss to ideas for topics

2. Shared experiments/ACCESS-NRI resources

  • 59 KSU have been used out of the 1.50 MSU grant this quarter. ~1 MSU has been allocated to experiments.
  • /g/data storage is 65 TB out of the 100 TB allocation.
  • Any proposals for shared experiments? See guidelines for how to do this.

3. CMIP7 and ESM1.6 update

  • @tiloz and @RachelLaw will provide updates on CMIP7 and the current state of ESM1.6’s spinup

4. What’s going on?

  • Any other business? Any news to share? Ideas for experiments and collaborations?
