METplus 6.1 env on Gadi

Metplus 6.1 is now available on Gadi with

module use /g/data/access/ngm/modules
module load envs/metplus/6.1

Also included in the environment are CSET 25.3.1 and Scores 2.3.0.

You can run the environment in Jupyter Lab using ARE with advanced settings (make sure gdata/access is in your storage flags)
Module directories: /g/data/access/ngm/modules
Modules: envs/metplus/6.1

CSET isn’t the latest version due to a conflict, working on sorting that out

CSET has now been updated to version 25.7
