I never tire of watching the swirling patterns and dancing eddies. I think if it was loopable in some way making a 3 hour YouTube video of just the patterns in a high res simulation, with some nice ambient music, would be very popular. 
Yep, something like the “musak” used for NASA’s perpetual ocean might increase the hits!
