Zoom details

Topic: COSIMA Hackathon v3.0
Time: Sep 4, 2023 07:00 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney

Launch Meeting - Zoom

Meeting ID: 894 6437 5653
Password: 123456

Note: No chatting in Zoom; it’s very hard for Hackathon organisers to monitor the zoom chat and this difficulty eventually leads to communication breakdown or delays.

What happens when we get hungry

For those in person at the ANU, lunch and morning tea will be provided. :coffee::cake:

How do we communicate? Skype? Slack? Forum? Phones?

All communication during and leading up to the Hackathon will be done via this thread and on Github. The Github project for this hackathon is online (but not that populated at the time this post is written) at COSIMA Hackathon v3.0 πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’»πŸ‘πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ’»πŸͺΈπŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ’»πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ Β· GitHub

Dress up

There is a dress up theme for the Hackathon v3.0 and we urge all of you who will join to dress up! The theme is:

ocean :ocean::beach_umbrella: - finding Nemo :blowfish::tropical_fish: - β€œUnder the sea”:mermaid:t4:

We are aiming to surpass the dress up bar that was set during Hackathon v2.0

Prizes

There are three prizes :trophy: that will be given during at the end of this hackathon.

  1. Best pull request (PR) contribution. (either new recipe or update of current one)
  2. Most constructive pull request review.
