1. Admin
- Science presentations: Consider contacting the co-chairs or @spencerwong if you have any work you would like to present in meetings. Please consider presenting recent work, including work in progress that you’d like some feedback on.
- Add any items you want this WG to discuss to ideas for topics
2. Shared experiments/ACCESS-NRI resources
- 490KSU have been used out of the 1.50 MSU grant this quarter. The remaining compute has been allocated to proposed experiments.
/g/datastorage is 65 TB out of the 100 TB allocation.- Any proposals for shared experiments? See guidelines for how to do this.
3. CMIP 2026 Community Workshop
- @ctychung will give an update on the Kyoto 2026 CMIP workshop.
4. Technical presentation: Adjusting ESM restarts for new vegetation maps
- @lachlanswhyborn from ACCESS-NRI will present on tools for creating land/atmosphere restart files which are valid when changing the model’s vegetation map. These tools were used to create ESM1.6 restart files which work with the new CMIP7 vegetation maps.
