Working group purpose
The Cryosphere Modelling working group includes researchers from Australian universities and research institutions who use and co-develop the Australian Community Climate Earth System Model (ACCESS) for their research.
It includes the components of the Cryosphere with a focus on land ice, including ice sheets, ice shelves, alpine glaciers, snow, permafrost, fast ice and icebergs.
The main aims of this group are to co-develop the cryosphere and land ice models, interchange information through regular meetings and provide information about training.
